Kathleen was "Daddy's Girl"!  Princess Kathleen alway sat in the front seat of the Buick,  Dad would stop the car any time K needed a rest stop while the boys were told to "hold it until we get home!".  K had her own room while her six brothers shared a room of similar size.  After John left for military service Paul did the cooking for Dad and K.  K was motherly toward Paul but could not match Denny in guiding Paul.  Kathleen graduated from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Business.  K was a career employee with Macy's Department Stores directing their nationwide Bridal Services program for 30 years.

After all the boys gone, K stayed with Dad but his diaries complained about her frequent absences and infrequent cooking.  Dad retired at age 55 and moved to California, bought a home near Jerry and Myra and a new Austin Healy sports car and toured coast and Sierras .  K followed some time later after 2 later in life failed marriages, her delay probably the result of K searching her partners who could measure up to the level that her brothers had set.  In retirement Kathleen was a care giver to an elderly gentleman and active on the internet buying and selling antique clocks from her apartment in Rocklin, CA.
